Following an in home assessment I will provide you with a quote based on how many hours of work I believe will need to be spent on the project, along with the cost of any retail items, to be purchased by me, that I believe will be beneficial to your storage and organizational goals. This quote is negotiable prior to commencing work.
My hourly rate for general home organizing and de-cluttering is $30/hr with a minimum of 5 hours of service.
An in home assessment of the packing service needs will be completed and an hourly rate will be recommended based on how many team members will be needed to prepare your home in a timely manner.
For residential pre-staging assistance, or full home packing including organizing items accordingly, and packing into totes or boxes and sealing them. Boxes will be labelled by our team and stacked in a designated area for an easy move. Our team with provide you with a list of suggested packing materials needed and cost and will bring them to your home on packing day! Should I suggest a team of 2 or more packers, an hourly rate will be provided.
A consultation and quote will be provided following a visit to your site. The quote will be provided based on the number of hours/days and team members needed to complete the packing job successfully and prepare your for a smooth transition to your new space.
A Welcome Home is able to assist you wherever organization is needed. Included in my service fee is the taking away of donation items and the arrangement of junk or garbage removal.
